Why does Lyro need the list before it can fetch a task?

Google Tasks scopes task IDs to their list. Get Task, Patch Task and Delete Task all require both a tasklist_id and a task_id - a task cannot be retrieved by ID alone - so Lyro resolves the list first through List Task Lists or List All Tasks Across All Lists.

Why do completed tasks sometimes not appear in a result?

List Tasks hides them unless showCompleted is set to true, and all date and time filters have to be RFC3339 UTC strings. So a question about what was finished last week returns an empty list until those parameters are set, rather than failing outright.

Which deletions here cannot be undone?

Clear Tasks permanently removes every completed task from a list, Delete Task List removes a list along with all the tasks inside it, and Delete Task is irreversible for a single item. None of them land in a trash that can be restored, so Lyro confirms before calling any of them.

Can Lyro assign a task to a colleague?

No. There is no sharing or assignment action in this toolkit - every list belongs to the single Google account you connect, so Lyro reads and writes that person's own tasks. Team-wide assignment needs a project tool connected alongside it.
