Does running a Manus task through Lyro spend our Manus credits?

Yes. Tasks execute in the Manus account you connect, and Get Task returns credit usage for the run alongside its status and output messages, so the spend is visible on the task record rather than estimated afterwards.

How do we confirm a webhook payload really came from Manus?

Get Webhook Public Key returns the RSA public key Manus signs webhook requests with. Verify the signature on every POST before acting on it; the events delivered to the endpoint are task_created, task_progress, and task_stopped.

Can Lyro cancel a Manus task that is already running?

No. The toolkit exposes Delete Task, which permanently removes a task and cannot be undone, but there is no cancel or rollback action. A run that is already in progress finishes or reports its own stop through the task_stopped event.

How does a customer's file actually get into Manus?

In two steps. Create File returns a presigned upload URL that the file content is PUT to before the record is usable, and that URL expires at the upload_expires_at timestamp returned with it. Get File Details then reports whether the file is pending, uploaded, or deleted.
