Can Lyro create a Formsite form or edit an existing one?

No. All five actions in this toolkit read: List All Forms, Get Form Details, Get Form Items, Get Form Results, and Get Form Webhooks. Lyro can report on what your forms are collecting and how they are configured, but form building and editing stay in Formsite.

Why does Lyro sometimes need a user directory before it can answer?

Every Formsite action is scoped to a user directory, and it has to be supplied when the connection's base URL does not already include it. It is the segment in your form URLs - in https://fs8.formsite.com/user123/forms/abc the directory is user123 - and it is also listed under Settings, Integrations, Formsite API.

Does Lyro pull every submission at once for a form with thousands of results?

No. Get Form Results is paginated, taking a limit, a page, and a sort direction, so Lyro reads a page at a time and works through more pages only when the question needs them. That keeps a lookup on a large form fast rather than dragging the whole result set into the conversation.

Will Lyro react the moment someone submits a Formsite form?

Not from this toolkit. Get Form Webhooks only reads the webhook configuration on a form - its URL, its event type such as result_completed, and any handshake key - it does not subscribe Lyro to that event. Lyro checks results when a conversation asks for them.
