Should Lyro be able to allow a domain without a person approving it?

That is a decision worth making explicitly. Add Allowlist Domains to Policies and Remove Blacklist Domain From Policy change what resolves for real users, so a sensible split leaves the lookups and reports open and keeps list changes behind a person. Suggest Domain Threat lets Lyro flag a domain for review without changing anything.

Can filtering differ by time of day?

DNSFilter supports scheduled policies and the toolkit reaches them. List All Scheduled Policies returns what is configured, Create Scheduled Policy adds one, and Update Scheduled Policies changes it, so a rule that only applies during work hours is visible and editable through the connection.

Can a report be delivered on a schedule rather than pulled each time?
