How is a Detrack job identified?

By its Delivery Order number together with a date. Get Job by DO and Date takes both, and Add Collection requires the DO number to be unique per date, so the same reference can recur on another day without colliding. Search Jobs covers the case where the customer cannot quote a reference at all.

Can Lyro create a new delivery job?

It can create a collection, not a delivery. Add Collection books a pickup job, while Edit Delivery only operates on a delivery that already exists in Detrack. New deliveries still originate in whatever system schedules your routes, and Lyro amends them from there.

How risky are the bulk delete actions?

Very. Delete All Deliveries and Delete All Collections purge everything for a given date, and Delete Delivery accepts up to 100 items in one call. Delete Job by Query, which removes a single job by its DO number, is the one safe to allow from a conversation.

Why does a depot address need the country name in it?

Because the address has to geocode before the depot is usable. Create Depot and Bulk Create Depots each require at least a name and an address that resolves, and Detrack's own guidance is to include the country name for better geocoding - the same applies to the address on a collection job.
