How businesses use Conveyor + Lyro
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Conveyor actions Lyro runs to close it.
Answer a security question while the buyer is still asking
Lyro submits the question to Conveyor's AI knowledge base and returns the answer immediately, checking the stored Q&A entries and open questionnaires when the reviewer needs the wider context.
Submit Single QuestionGet Knowledge Base QuestionsGet QuestionnairesHandle a Trust Center access request end to end
Lyro pulls the requests still awaiting approval, checks which access groups exist, and creates the authorization by email so the reviewer gets to the documents without waiting on a security teammate.

Lyro uploads the refreshed report into the Knowledge Library, updates a document's name, description, access level, or folder, and creates the folder when a new review cycle needs its own home.

Lyro reports the interactions logged against a document or a specific connection, so a deal team knows whether the SOC 2 report was read or just requested.

How it works
Get started in 3 steps
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Conveyor actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
- 01
Connect Conveyor
Authorize the Conveyor account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- 02
Tell your agent what you need
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Conveyor actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
- 03
Watch it work
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

Everything else about Conveyor
Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Conveyor.
Yes. Patch Authorization updates an existing authorization, either revoking a user's Trust Center access outright with revoke=true or reassigning which Access Groups they belong to. At least one of those two must be supplied, so a revocation is always an explicit instruction rather than a side effect.
