Do we need a Podio account to use ProcFu with Lyro?

Only for the Podio-specific actions. Copy Podio Files to FTP and Upload Image to Podio Item Field both need a Podio item to act on, but the array utilities, the Google Sheets reads, and the OpenAI actions work on their own.

Does comparing two lists send our data out to ProcFu?

Array Diff Same computes its intersection locally, by its own definition, specifically to avoid an external API dependency. The other comparison and generation actions run through ProcFu's API, so treat anything you pass to them as leaving your environment.

Can Lyro write results back into a Podio item?

Writing through this toolkit is limited to Upload Image to Podio Item Field and Copy Podio Files to FTP. Lyro can chain a read into a comparison - Get Google Sheet Contents as Array, then Array Diff New to isolate the rows that appeared since the last run - but updating arbitrary Podio fields is not exposed here.

What safeguards apply to the Google Drive delete action?

Google Drive Delete is the only destructive action in the toolkit and it requires a valid Google Drive file or folder ID, so it cannot fire on a vague instruction. Nothing in ProcFu restores a deleted file, which makes it the one action worth keeping behind a human confirmation step.
