Add images to Lyro Q&A — no more Markdown

Until now, getting images into Lyro Q&As meant writing Markdown like — and seeing raw code instead of the actual image when managing your knowledge base. Not exactly friendly for non-technical teams.
What changed
- Existing Markdown image syntax now auto-renders as a real image in the editor
- New Add image button — upload directly, no syntax needed
- Copy and paste images straight into the Q&A editor
Who it's for
All Lyro users. Live now — no action needed to enable it.
This wraps a series of rich-media improvements aimed at making Lyro's knowledge base more visual and easier to manage.
