No. The toolkit exposes two read actions, List Webvizio Projects and List Webhook Subscriptions, so Lyro can report what exists but cannot add a comment, open a task, or change a project. Creating feedback stays in Webvizio's own on-page interface.

Which Webvizio projects will Lyro be able to see?

Only the projects available to the account you connect - the action fetches projects for the authenticated user, not for the whole organisation. Connecting an account with wider access is what widens the list; Lyro does not escalate its own permissions.

It is the fastest way to see what is already wired up before you change anything. The action returns the outgoing subscriptions currently configured, which is the check you want before adding another one, or when chasing why an expected notification never arrived.
