Why does Lyro sometimes say a transcript is not available yet?

Get Meeting Transcript and Get Meeting Highlights only return content once tl;dv has finished processing the recording, so a call that ended minutes ago may still be in progress. Lyro reports that state instead of guessing at what was said, and the same request works once processing completes.

How long does the recording link Lyro returns stay valid?

Download Meeting Recording follows tl;dv's redirect to a signed URL that is valid for six hours, so what Lyro hands over expires rather than becoming a permanent public address. After that window the recording has to be requested again.

Can Lyro add a recording that was not made in tl;dv?

Yes. Import Meeting accepts a publicly accessible URL pointing to mp3, mp4, wav, m4a, mkv, mov, avi, wma, or flac media and returns a job ID for tracking the import. The file has to be reachable without a login, because tl;dv fetches it directly.

What can Lyro not change in tl;dv?

Almost everything stays read-only. Apart from Import Meeting, the toolkit has no action that edits a meeting, rewrites a highlight, deletes a recording, or changes who can see it, so a conversation can surface what tl;dv already holds without altering the existing library.
