Chatwork MCP integration
Posts messages and files into rooms, reads history and unread counts, opens and closes assigned tasks, and sets up rooms, members and invite links.
30actions available
Three actions you can hand over today
Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Post message
Lyro posts a new message to a Chatwork room. Support agents notify teams of customer issues directly from the conversation thread.
Create task in chatwork room
Lyro creates a new task in a Chatwork room. Agents assign follow-up work to team members instantly without leaving the conversation.
Mark messages as read
Lyro marks messages as read in a Chatwork room. Agents clear notification backlogs and focus on unresolved conversations.
How businesses use Chatwork + Lyro
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Chatwork actions Lyro runs to close it.
Post an update into the room that needs it
Lyro sends a message to a specific room, uploads the file that belongs with it, and edits the message afterwards if a detail changes rather than posting a correction underneath.
Post MessageUpload File to Chatwork RoomUpdate MessageSummarise what is waiting for you
Lyro checks the unread message and task counts on the connected account, pulls recent history from a specific room, and lists the tasks assigned to that user so nothing sits unnoticed.
Get My Chatwork StatusGet Room Messages V2Get My Chatwork TasksTurn a conversation into an assigned task
Lyro creates a task in the room with a description and an assignee, lists the room's open tasks filtered by assignee or completion state, and marks one done when the work lands.
Create Task in Chatwork RoomGet Room TasksUpdate Task StatusSet up a room and get the right people into it
Lyro creates the group chat, assigns admin, member, and readonly roles across its membership, and generates a shareable invitation link for people who are not on the contact list yet.

How it works
Get started in 3 steps
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Chatwork actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
- 01
Connect Chatwork
Authorize the Chatwork account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- 02
Tell your agent what you need
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Chatwork actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
- 03
Watch it work
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

Everything else about Chatwork
Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Chatwork.
The two outcomes differ sharply. Delete or Leave Chatwork Room deletes your own tasks and files in that room when you leave, and deletes every message, task, and file in the room when you delete it. Because deleting is not recoverable, it is worth treating as a request a person confirms rather than one Lyro runs unprompted.
