Onedesk MCP integration
Opens tickets, tasks and issues by ID, logs billable worklogs, retrieves item attachments, and removes obsolete records.
24actions available
Three actions you can hand over today
Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Create worklog entry
Lyro creates a worklog entry to track time spent on a task, ticket, or project. Your team logs work without switching to OneDesk.
Get task details
Lyro retrieves comprehensive details of a specific task in OneDesk. Your team checks task status without leaving the chat.
Delete ticket
Lyro removes a ticket from OneDesk. Your team discards resolved or duplicate tickets instantly.
How businesses use Onedesk + Lyro
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Onedesk actions Lyro runs to close it.
Answer a status question from the item itself
Lyro opens the item by its internal ID - ticket, task, feedback, or requirement all resolve the same way - and returns the title, description, status, priority, and dates behind the question.
Get Feedback DetailsGet Task DetailsGet Issue DetailsLog the time spent on a piece of work
Lyro records the worklog against the item with start and finish times, hours, completion percentage, and whether it is billable, then reads back the worklogs and timesheet detail behind an invoice question.
Create Worklog EntryGet WorklogsGet Timesheet DetailsGet to the files attached to a ticket
Lyro fetches the item by its external ID to extract the attachments recorded on it, sweeps an ID range when the ticket number is unknown, and removes an attachment that should not have been shared.
Get AttachmentsGet TicketsDelete AttachmentClear out records that should not be there
Lyro deletes the duplicate ticket, removes a customer record on request, and drops a message that was posted in error, reporting back exactly why a deletion did not go through.

How it works
Get started in 3 steps
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Onedesk actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
- 01
Connect Onedesk
Authorize the Onedesk account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- 02
Tell your agent what you need
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Onedesk actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
- 03
Watch it work
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

Everything else about Onedesk
Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Onedesk.
Because OneDesk's public API has no endpoint that lists tickets. Get Tickets works around it by querying items one ID at a time across a range you give it and keeping only those of type Ticket, which is why small ranges such as 1 to 50 return quickly and open-ended sweeps do not. When the ID is known, Get Feedback Details resolves any item type directly.
