Is deleting a Workspace user through Lyro reversible?

No. Delete Google Workspace User is permanent and cannot be undone, which is why Suspend/Unsuspend Google Workspace User is usually the right offboarding action: it revokes access immediately and can be reversed if the person comes back.

What happens if Lyro tries to create a user who already exists?

Create Google Workspace User fails when the primary email already exists and cannot update an existing account. So Lyro checks with Get Google Workspace User Details or List Google Workspace Users first, and switches to an alias or a group change when the person is already in the directory.

Can Lyro add a second email address for someone?

Yes. Add Alias to Google Workspace User attaches an extra address to an existing account and Remove Alias from Google Workspace User takes it away again, so a name change or a role-based address is handled in the conversation instead of a ticket to IT.
