Yes. Get Space Forms is documented as a Business API only feature, so on lower plans Lyro falls back to List Forms, which returns every form the authorized user can access without scoping by space.

Can Lyro read submissions or build a form?

No. This toolkit is read-only over the workspace structure - forms, spaces and translations. Creating a form, editing questions or pulling submitted responses stays in Paperform, so Lyro's role here is finding and describing what already exists.

Can Lyro send a customer to a form in their own language?

It can see what is available. List Translations returns the translations the authorized user can access, so Lyro knows which language variants a workspace maintains before it hands over a link, rather than defaulting everyone to the English version.

Which forms and spaces does Lyro actually see?

Only those the connected credentials can reach. Every action in the toolkit is scoped to the authorized user, so a space that account has no access to does not appear in List Spaces and its forms are not returned.
