How many subscriptions can one request handle?

Up to 25. Create Subscription accepts a maximum of 25 subscriptions per request, and Delete Subscriptions supports batch deletion of up to 25 by ID, returning a summary with success and failure counts per subscription so a partial failure is visible rather than silent.

Can the webhook secret be rotated without rebuilding the subscription?

Yes. Update Subscription changes the name, webhook URL, active status, and signal types, and can optionally regenerate the webhook secret in the same call, so a rotation does not mean deleting and recreating something that is already tracking.

How would we know a webhook has been failing?

Get Audit Log Stats returns total, successful, and failed counts with a success rate percentage, and Get Audit Logs holds the individual delivery statuses and errors behind it. A drop in the success rate is the signal that an endpoint has gone quiet.
