Why can Lyro not delete a particular campaign step?

Delete Campaign Step only removes a non-initial step that has not processed any prospects, and only while the campaign sits in DRAFT or EDITED status. The first step of a sequence, or any step in a campaign that has already run, stays where it is.

What is the difference between Lyro pausing and stopping a campaign?

Pause Campaign temporarily suspends sending until the campaign is resumed with Run Campaign, so the sequence picks up where it left off. Stop Campaign sets the status to STOPPED and halts prospect contact outright.

Can Lyro subscribe us to Woodpecker.co webhooks?

Not on its own. List Available Webhook Events returns the catalog of valid event names Woodpecker.co supports, so Lyro can confirm the exact event string before someone sets a subscription up, but the toolkit exposes no action that creates the subscription itself.
