No. All four actions read meeting notes and transcripts. Nothing in the toolkit creates or modifies a calendar invite, so scheduling has to come from a connected calendar tool rather than from Granola.

Which meetings can Lyro actually see?

The notes on the Granola account you connect, since List Meetings returns that user's meeting notes within a requested time range. Meetings recorded by a colleague on a separate account are outside that scope unless their account is connected too.
