Can Lyro look up a Payhip order or edit a product?

No. This toolkit covers coupons and webhook events only - create, get, update, delete, and verify a coupon, plus the paid, refunded, subscription created, and subscription deleted events. Product catalogue and order records are not exposed, so those questions still go to a human.

Do all the coupon actions work on any Payhip account?

Not quite. Create Coupon and Get Coupon are the general path, while Update Coupon, Delete Coupon, and Verify Coupon are documented as v1 API only. If your store is not on v1, Lyro can still issue and read coupons but cannot verify or retire them programmatically.

Should Lyro be allowed to create discounts on its own?

That is your call, and it is worth deciding deliberately because Create Coupon can set a percentage or a fixed amount across the whole catalogue. Most teams cap what Lyro may issue and leave larger or open-ended discounts to an agent, who picks up the conversation with the full history attached.

What happens to a subscription question Lyro cannot answer?

It hands off with context. Lyro can see that a subscription created or subscription deleted event fired, but it cannot read the subscriber's billing record, so anything about charges or reinstatement goes to a human agent with the conversation and the event already in front of them.
