Can Lyro change a member's paid subscription?

No. The connected plan actions are List Plans, which returns plan IDs and details, and Remove Free Plan, which detaches a free plan from a member. Paid subscription changes are not exposed, so Lyro reads the plan situation and hands billing work to a human agent.

Is deleting a member reversible?

No. Delete Member permanently removes the member from your application, which makes it the action to keep behind explicit human confirmation. Update Member covers every case where a record only needs correcting.

Does Lyro need a member ID, or is an email enough?

Either works. Get Member accepts a Memberstack member ID such as mem_sb_12345 or an email address, so the address someone signed up with is enough to locate the record. When neither is known, List Members pages through the account with cursor-based pagination.

Can Lyro see the custom data our site stores against a member?

Within the rules you already set. List Data Tables returns your app's tables with their keys, field definitions, and access control rules, and Get Member returns that member's custom fields, metadata, and JSON data. What Lyro reaches follows those access rules rather than bypassing them.
