Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Googlecontacts.
Only to the ones Google still allows. Modify Contact Group Members can add members to contactGroups/myContacts, contactGroups/starred, and groups you created yourself; other system groups are deprecated and accept removals only. The combined adds and removes in one request cannot exceed 1000 contacts.
