Engage

Engage MCP integration

Creates and updates users mid-conversation, tracks the events behind segmentation, and moves list subscriptions and account roles to match.

22actions available

Three actions you can hand over today

Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.

  • Create user

Lyro creates new customer profiles in Engage during sign-up or conversation flows. Marketing teams instantly add users to their platform without manual entry.

  • Add user to lists

Lyro adds customers to Engage lists for segmentation and targeting. Sales teams organize contacts into campaigns without leaving the customer conversation.

  • Track user event

Lyro logs customer events (purchases, page views, feature usage) to Engage. Analytics teams build a complete customer behavior history without separate tracking.

How businesses use Engage + Lyro

Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Engage actions Lyro runs to close it.

  • Update the profile with what the conversation revealed

Lyro creates the user when they are new, writes the attributes they gave such as plan, name, or location, and records the action they took as an event segmentation can key off later.

  • Change a list subscription on request

Lyro subscribes the person to the list they asked for, flips a subscriber's status to unsubscribed when they opt out, and removes the association entirely when the request is a full deletion.

  • Keep account membership and roles accurate

Lyro attaches a customer to the account they belong to, sets or changes their role on it, and lists who else is on that account before making the change.

  • Consolidate duplicate profiles instead of stacking them

Lyro merges a duplicate into the profile you keep, converts a record between the customer and account types when it was created as the wrong one, and archives a user who has gone inactive.

How it works

Get started in 3 steps

Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Engage actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.

  1. 01

    Connect Engage

Authorize the Engage account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.

  2. 02

Tell your agent what you need

Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Engage actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.

  3. 03

    Watch it work

The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

Everything else about Engage

Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Engage.

  • Delete Subscriber From List removes the association with that list altogether, while Update Subscriber Status marks them unsubscribed and keeps the record. Lyro should use the status change for an opt-out you may need to evidence later, and the delete only when the association should not exist at all.
