Can Lyro cancel one attendee rather than the whole booking?

Yes. Cancel Booking revokes either an entire booking or selected customers within it, so one person can drop out of a group session while everyone else keeps their place. The booking is verified before the cancellation goes through.

How does Lyro avoid offering a slot that is already taken?

Availability is checked first. Get Appointment Availability returns the calendar slots open for that appointment within a date range, and Create Booking runs only after that. Reschedule Booking follows the same order, confirming the new timeslot before moving the customer to it.

What is being booked - a service or a Shopify product?

Appointo runs on top of a Shopify store, so the bookable items come from the store. List Products fetches what is available with paging and search, and List Subscription Contracts covers the recurring arrangements customers have already signed up to.

What happens if the Appointo API token stops working?
