Can Lyro give a forecast through Weathermap?

No. The Weather Info action returns current conditions only - it carries no forecast, no UV index, no air quality, and no official weather alerts. Lyro can tell a customer what conditions are doing at a location right now, and that is the boundary of this toolkit.

How does Lyro handle an ambiguous place name?

The OpenWeather geocoding call returns up to five candidate matches for a place string, with the first usually the most relevant. Lyro can put those candidates to the customer when a name is ambiguous instead of silently picking one and answering about the wrong city.

What timezone are the readings in?

Timestamps come back in UTC. The response also carries a timezone offset field, and that offset has to be applied before readings are grouped by local day - so "today" at the location and "today" in the raw payload are not automatically the same thing.

How is this different from a weather step in Zapier or Make?

A Zapier step fires on a fixed trigger with the location already decided. Lyro reads the location out of what the customer just wrote, geocodes it, fetches the conditions, and uses the result in its next reply rather than pushing it into another system.
