No. All five actions here are reads - two searches plus details, reviews and photos. The Content API is a lookup surface, so anything that changes a listing or answers a reviewer stays in Tripadvisor's own management tools.

How does Lyro make sure it is quoting the right venue?

It resolves a location first. Details, reviews and photos are all keyed to a location ID that Search Locations (Advanced) or Search Nearby Locations returns, so two restaurants with the same name in different cities do not get mixed up.
