Not in place. ToneDen exposes Create Advertising Campaign, Get Advertising Campaign, and Delete Advertising Campaign, with no update endpoint, so a change means creating a replacement. Playbook campaigns are the exception - Update ToneDen Playbook Campaign exists, though ToneDen's public docs do not publish its full request body, so Lyro changes those fields one at a time and re-reads the campaign.
