What file types and sizes can Lyro send to Taggun?

Transcribe Receipt File (Simple) accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, and HEIC up to 20MB, and the base64 actions take JPEG, PNG, PDF, or GIF. The CSV or TSV files behind Import Known Merchants, Import Known Product Codes, and Import Product Categories are also capped at 20MB each.

What is the difference between the simple and verbose extractions?

Transcribe Receipt File (Simple) returns the basics: merchant name, total, tax amount, and date. Transcribe Receipt Encoded Verbose and URL Verbose return the full result including line items, merchant details, and confidence metrics, which is what Lyro uses when a downstream check needs to know how certain the OCR was.

Can Lyro categorise the expense or file it in an accounting system?

Not through Taggun. This toolkit extracts receipt data and maintains the merchant, product code, and category registries it matches against; it exposes no expense record or ledger write. Lyro can hand the extracted fields to whichever accounting or expense tool you also connect.
