Which version of the Plausible Stats API does Lyro query?

Both, depending on the shape of the answer. Query Analytics Stats uses Stats API v2 with filtering, grouping by dimension, and custom date ranges. Get Breakdown Stats and Get Timeseries Stats are the legacy v1 endpoints behind Top Sources, Top Pages, and the main visitor graph, and Lyro still reaches for those when that is the report being asked for.

Does connecting Plausible to Lyro introduce cookies or personal data?

No. Plausible counts visitors without cookies, and every read action here returns aggregate statistics rather than individual profiles. The one write action, Record Event, sends a pageview or custom event and uses the User-Agent and X-Forwarded-For headers purely to decide whether a visit is unique.

Can Lyro report on more than one Plausible site?

Yes. List Sites returns every site the API key's account can access, with its domain, timezone, and creation date, and each stats call names the site it applies to. Get Site Details adds the timezone and tracker configuration, which matters when a date range has to line up with the site's own timezone rather than yours.
