Get Job Logs by ID returns the log for that run, Get Job by ID returns the state it ended in, and List Job Output Files shows whether anything was produced before it stopped. Stop Job by ID kills a run that is still hanging. There is no retry action in the toolkit, so re-running means calling Start Agent Job again.
