What can Lyro not do in SuiteDash?

This toolkit covers CRM contacts and companies only. There is no action for projects, invoices, files, or client portals, and no update or delete, so Lyro can run Create Company, Create Contact, and the matching Get and List actions - existing records are read, not edited.

Does Lyro know about our custom SuiteDash fields?

Yes. Get Company Meta Attributes and Get Contact Meta Attributes return the complete schema of the account's CRM custom fields, including field types, formats, validation rules, and allowed operations. Lyro reads that schema before creating a record rather than guessing field names.

Why do some companies not show up when Lyro lists them?

List Companies excludes idle companies from its results by design, so an account that has gone dormant will not appear in a listing even though Get Company still returns it by UID or name. Ask Lyro for the company directly if you expect it and the list comes back short.

Can Lyro set whether a new record is a Lead, Prospect, or Client?

Yes. Both Create Company and Create Contact take the record type, and Create Contact additionally requires first name, last name, role, and email address. A record Lyro creates from a conversation lands at the right stage instead of needing recategorising afterwards.
