What happens if the person a customer mentions is not in Refiner yet?

Update Contact creates them. The action identifies a contact by id or email and, when no match exists, Refiner creates the record with the attributes Lyro passes, so a first-time respondent does not have to be added by hand before an event can be tracked against them.

Can Lyro create or launch a new survey in Refiner?

No. Get Forms lists the surveys already configured in your account and Get Survey Responses returns their results, but nothing in this toolkit creates or publishes a form. Survey design stays in Refiner, and Lyro works with what is already live.

Can Lyro tell us how close we are to our Refiner plan limits?

Yes. Get Account Info returns the subscription plan alongside the usage counters behind it - monthly tracked users, events, page views, and survey responses - broken down per environment with their last updated timestamps. Lyro can quote how much headroom is left, though it cannot change the plan.

How is this different from wiring Refiner into Zapier?

A Zap runs a fixed sequence when a trigger matches. Lyro decides mid-conversation which Refiner actions to call - looking a contact up, tracking an event, then deleting the record if the customer asks - and can chain several of them in a single exchange rather than following one predefined path.
