Why can Lyro only attach files to some PandaDoc documents?

PandaDoc allows it on drafts only. Create Document Attachment works on documents in document.draft status, with a maximum of 10 files per document and 50MB per file, and Move Document To Folder has the same restriction: anything already sent or completed will fail.

Can Lyro send a document out for signature?

Not through this toolkit. It covers creating documents and templates, attachments, folders, contacts, and webhooks, plus reading recipients and status. The send-for-signature step stays in PandaDoc, and Lyro reports on its progress through Get Document Details and the webhook events.

Is anything Lyro deletes in PandaDoc recoverable?

No. Delete Template and Delete Contact are both permanent with no undo, so point them only at cleanup you have already decided on. Documents themselves have no delete action here, which keeps the contract record intact even when its template is removed.

How is this different from wiring PandaDoc up in Zapier?

A Zap runs one predefined sequence when a trigger matches. Lyro decides mid-conversation which PandaDoc calls to make - reading document details, creating the document from an upload, attaching a file, moving it into a folder - and chains them in a single exchange.
