Can Lyro send a document out for signature?

No. The connected toolkit finds, reports on, and files documents - there is no action to create a signature request, add a signer, or countersign. Lyro can tell you a document exists and whether it is sent or completed, then hand the conversation to a human agent to actually send it.

How does Lyro determine a document's status?

Through Get Recent Document, which takes a type of either sent or completed and returns the latest matching document, and through List Documents, which supports filters and pagination across the account. Status comes from the live Signaturely record, not from a cached copy.

Does creating a folder move any documents into it?

No. Create Folder and Rename Folder shape the structure, and Get Folder reports how many subfolders and documents a folder holds, but there is no action that reassigns a document from one folder to another. Filing an existing document is still a manual step.

Can Lyro tell who has permission to approve something?

It can tell you the roles. List Team Members returns every user on the Signaturely account with their account type and role - Owner, Admin, or User - and Get Current User returns the connected account's own email, name, role, and status.
