What is the difference between removing access and deleting a member?

Remove User from Course only revokes access to that one product and leaves the account, its progress and its other courses untouched. Delete User erases the member from the account entirely, including all data, progress and quiz answers, and is irreversible.

What happens if Lyro enrols someone who is already in the course?

Nothing breaks. Add User to Course is built to enrol a user into a product without duplication, so a customer who asks twice, or an agent re-running the request after a timeout, does not end up with two enrolments.

Can Lyro edit course content or email a member through MemberVault?

No. The four actions are Get Courses, Add User to Course, Remove User from Course and Delete User. Course content and member emails stay in MemberVault; Lyro handles the access side of it.

How does Lyro identify the right member?

By email address - MemberVault's own delete example is phrased as deleting the user with a given email. That means Lyro works from the address the customer gives in the conversation, so it is worth confirming it before running an irreversible action like Delete User.
