Get order by ID
Lyro retrieves a specific Gift Up order by its ID to check what was purchased and its status. A customer asking about an order gets the details pulled up right away, without anyone digging through the Gift Up dashboard.
Redeem gift card
Lyro redeems a set amount or number of units from a customer's gift card. A customer using a gift card in-store or online gets the balance applied immediately, without a staff member processing it by hand.
Undo gift card redemption
Lyro reverses a previous gift card redemption, putting the redeemed amount back onto the card's balance. If a redemption was made by mistake, the customer gets their balance restored right away instead of waiting on a manual fix.
