From the first line of the markdown content - Create Note V2 has no separate title field. Writing that first line as a real heading rather than an opening sentence is what keeps the library searchable later.

When would Lyro use Save Content instead of creating a note?

Create Note V2 stores exactly the markdown it is handed. Save Content puts raw material - a web page, email, transcript or article - through Mem's own processing, with optional instructions and context about how it relates to existing knowledge, so the result is a processed memory rather than a paste.

Can Lyro answer from what is already in Mem during a conversation?

Yes, by searching it live. Search Notes and Search Collections query the library while the conversation is open and Read Note returns the full content, so an internal answer comes from what your team actually wrote down. Anything Lyro cannot resolve goes to a human agent with the full history.
