Can Lyro shorten links on our own branded domain?

Yes, as long as the domain is already set up in Short Menu. Get Custom Domains returns the domains available on the connected account and Create Short Link takes the domain as a parameter, so Lyro picks from what you have configured rather than inventing one.

Does Lyro control the slug, or is it random?

Create Short Link accepts an optional custom slug along with tags and other metadata, so a link can read as a recognisable path rather than a random string. Leave it out and the service generates one.

What happens to people who already have a link Lyro deletes?

Delete Short Link removes the link by its ID, so the short URL stops resolving for everyone still holding it. Because the action takes an ID rather than a search term, Lyro confirms which link is meant before deleting it.

Can Lyro report how many clicks a short link received?

No. The connected actions are Create Short Link, Delete Short Link, and Get Custom Domains, so creating and retiring links is in scope but click analytics are not. Those stay in the Short Menu dashboard.
