Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Intelliprint.
It depends on the job's state. Cancel or Delete Print Job removes an unconfirmed job immediately and cancels a confirmed but unshipped job with a refund, while a shipped job cannot be recalled. Test-mode jobs are the exception: they cannot be cancelled at all, only live ones can.
