Can Lyro schedule interviews or review candidate submissions here?

No. This toolkit exposes three actions - List Companies, Get SSO Sign-On URL, and Consume SAML Assertion - and all three are about single sign-on. Scheduling coding interviews, generating assessments, and reviewing submissions are not in the action list, so Lyro cannot do them through this integration.

Does this integration do anything if we do not use SAML SSO?

Very little. Get SSO Sign-On URL returns the SP-initiated sign-on URL and Consume SAML Assertion handles the SAMLResponse and RelayState an identity provider posts back, so both assume SAML is already configured on the account. List Companies still works and returns each company with its unique identifier.

Can Lyro handle more than one company on the same account?

Yes. List Companies returns every company together with the unique identifier that SSO metadata retrieval needs, so Lyro can scope a sign-on URL to the right company rather than assuming the account holds a single tenant.

How is this different from wiring HackerRank Work into Zapier?

A Zap fires the same fixed sequence whenever its trigger matches. Lyro picks the action while the conversation is open - listing companies to find the right identifier, then returning the sign-on URL for that one - and hands off to a human agent when the question turns out to sit outside what these three actions cover.
