Can Lyro fetch the actual 3D model files?

No. The Cults3D API exposes metadata only - designs, designer profiles, sales and printlists - not the model files themselves, so Lyro can describe a listing and what it has sold while downloading an STL stays on the marketplace.

Can Lyro change a listing or a discount, not just read one?

Yes, through mutations. Cults GraphQL POST accepts mutations as well as queries, which covers managing your own creations and discounts. Because one action carries both reads and writes, scope the Cults account you connect to what you are willing to let Lyro change.

What does the share link Lyro returns actually do?

It opens the Cults creation page in the French locale with the 3D file URL pre-filled, so the person clicking it finishes publishing themselves and needs to be logged in to Cults. The URL is constructed locally rather than through an API call, so it comes back as long as the file URL is valid and publicly reachable.
