Can Lyro edit, inpaint or upscale an existing image here?

Not directly. The toolkit exposes generation only - Generate Image from Text and Generate Image from Image - so an existing file can guide a new render, but there is no masking, inpainting or upscaling action. Editing still happens in DreamStudio itself.

Which account and organization do the generated images belong to?

The one behind the connected key. User Account returns the authenticated Stability AI user ID, email and organization memberships, so a team can confirm which workspace is being billed and where the output sits before wiring Lyro into a shared key.
