Can Lyro upload an audio file to CastingWords?

Not directly. Order Transcript takes audio and video at publicly accessible URLs rather than a file upload, so the media has to be reachable over the web before an order is placed. Lyro can check those URLs first with a test order, which carries no charge.

How does Lyro know when a transcript is finished?

Through the webhook rather than polling. CastingWords POSTs event notifications - transcript completion, refund issued, difficult audio - to the URL set with Register Webhook, and Lyro calls Get Transcript once that event arrives.

What happens if the prepay balance will not cover an order?

Non-test orders require prepaid funds, which is why Get Prepay Balance is the check to run before Order Transcript. An order sent with test=true validates the URLs without charging, so a batch can be prepared while the account is being topped up.

Can any order be cancelled for a refund?

Only one nobody has worked on yet. Cancel and Refund Audio File applies while a file sits in Pre-Processing, Audio Processing, or Error state, and the window closes once a transcriptionist starts. This is human transcription, so timing matters more than it would with a machine service.
