Can Lyro email or deliver the PDF it generates?

Not through this toolkit. Create Document returns a URL to the generated PDF that stays valid for 24 hours, so Lyro passes that link into the conversation or into the handoff note rather than sending the file itself. Anything longer-lived needs the document stored on your side before the link expires.

What does the Documint connection give Lyro access to?

It authenticates with a Documint API key and works inside that single account. List Templates and List Documents return only what the authenticated account holds, so Lyro cannot reach templates or generated documents belonging to another Documint workspace.

Is a template deletion reversible?

No. Delete Template permanently removes a template by ID, so treat it as an action to gate behind human review rather than one to run on a passing request. Get Template first if you need to confirm you have the right ID.

How is this different from wiring Documint into Zapier or Make?

Those run a fixed workflow once a trigger fires with data already mapped. Lyro decides at conversation time which template applies, gathers the merge values from what the customer actually said, and can list or check a template first if the request is ambiguous.
