How does full-text search match what a customer typed?

It searches across all text fields in a document, is case-insensitive, and matches on root words - so a question phrased with a different word ending still finds the document. That tolerance is why Lyro reaches for it before a strict predicate query.

Can Lyro publish, edit or delete Prismic content?

No. All five actions read from the repository, so Lyro answers from published content but never changes it. Authoring, publishing and asset management stay with your editors in Prismic, which keeps the CMS the single source of truth.

Can Lyro restrict an answer to one content type?

Yes. Prismic: Get Custom Types returns the content models defined in the repository and Get Prismic Tags returns the full tag list, so a predicate query can target, for example, only help articles or only product pages instead of searching everything.
