Yes, by design. AnonyFlow is encryption-based rather than one-way hashing, so Deanonymize Packet and Deanonymize Value recover the original plaintext for whoever holds the private key. Plan key custody accordingly: anything anonymized here is recoverable, not destroyed.

What happens if nobody names the fields to anonymize?

Anonymize Packet anonymizes the complete data packet when the keys array is left empty. That is handy for a blanket pass, but it means an omitted keys list is not a no-op, so name the fields explicitly whenever you want partial anonymization.

Can Anonymize Value handle a nested object?

No. Anonymize Value accepts a string or a list of strings only and does not walk nested structures. Structured records go through Anonymize Packet instead, which is where individual keys can be targeted.

What does Lyro do when the AnonyFlow service is unreachable?

Test Connection exists for exactly that check, so reachability can be confirmed before any sensitive payload is submitted. When it fails, the conversation goes to a human agent with the full history attached rather than the request being retried blind.
