What does Lyro need before it can create a 2Chat contact?

A first name plus at least one contact detail: an email, a phone number, or an address. Create Contact expects those to be gathered and verified first, so Lyro asks for the missing field rather than writing a partial record.

Can Lyro change our 2Chat webhook subscriptions?

It can read them, not edit them. List Webhook Subscriptions returns each subscription's UUID, event type, channel UUID, callback URL, and creation timestamp, which is enough to audit what is wired up, but creating or removing a subscription stays inside 2Chat.

How does Lyro avoid running past our 2Chat quota?

Get API Usage Info returns current usage and account information, so Lyro can check the remaining allowance before a run of contact work. Test API Key confirms the credential is still valid at the same time.
