Who gets alerted once Lyro adds a monitor?

The alert contacts already configured on the account. Get Alert Contacts lists those notification channels and List Integrations returns the configured integrations, so Lyro can confirm someone will actually be paged before a new monitor goes live.

Can Lyro post an incident update to our status page?

It can shape the page, not narrate an incident. New Public Status Page creates a page and Edit Public Status Page updates the friendly name, monitor set, domain, and status options in one call, so a newly monitored service appears, but incident write-ups are not part of the toolkit.

What does Lyro need to connect, and how do we cut it off?

An UptimeRobot API key. Actions such as Add Monitor and Get Account Details run against that key, so what Lyro can reach is exactly what the key's account can reach, and revoking the key in UptimeRobot ends its access immediately.
