Can Lyro issue a new credential?

No. This toolkit verifies, retrieves, and deletes credentials, resolves DID documents, and manages API keys, webhooks, and tags - there is no issue action in it. Credentials are created in Dock Certs, and Lyro handles the verification and lookup work around them.

Can Lyro read the full contents of a stored credential?

Only with the password it was persisted under. Retrieve Credential returns the complete credential when that same password is supplied and only metadata when it is not, so an encrypted credential stays encrypted unless whoever asks can unlock it.

How does Lyro tell whether a credential has been revoked?

Retrieve Revocation Registries lists the registries created by the authenticated account, with pagination and filtering. Verify Credential or Presentation is the check run against something an issuer handed over, which is the step that matters when someone presents a credential live.

Can a key Lyro creates be locked to specific IP addresses?

Yes. Create API Key accepts an optional alias and an IP allowlist, so a key is scoped to the addresses that should be using it. Retrieve API Key falls back to listing and filtering when the single-key endpoint is unavailable, and Delete API Key revokes one outright.
