Three actions you can hand over today

Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.

  • Create note

Lyro creates a note in Slite from markdown or HTML content. Agents document customer issues and solutions in shared knowledge bases.

  • Search notes

Lyro finds notes using a query. Agents locate relevant documentation instantly instead of scrolling through archives.

  • Ask question

Lyro answers questions based on your Slite knowledge base using natural language. Agents get instant answers without reading documentation.

How businesses use Slite + Lyro

Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Slite actions Lyro runs to close it.

  • search

Answer from the company knowledge base

Lyro puts the question to the notes in natural language, falls back to a filtered search when it needs to narrow by parent or review state, and opens the note it found in full.

Ask QuestionSearch NotesGet Note By ID
  • storage

Write a new note from the conversation

Lyro creates the note from markdown or HTML with an optional template, edits an existing one when the content moves on, and updates a single tile inside a longer note.

Create NoteUpdate NoteUpdate Tile in Note
  • task_alt

    Keep documentation trustworthy

Lyro marks a note verified with an expiry date, flags one as outdated with the reason, and archives the material that should stop appearing in results without deleting it.

Verify NoteFlag Note as OutdatedUpdate Note Archived State
  • group

Put a doc in the right hands

Lyro finds the person or group by email, name, or username and transfers ownership of the note to them, so a stale doc has someone accountable for the next review.

How it works

Get started in 3 steps

Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Lyro reads the Slite actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.

  1. 01

    Connect Slite

Authorize the Slite account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Lyro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.

  2. 02

Tell your agent what you need

Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Lyro maps it to the Slite actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.

  3. 03

    Watch it work

The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

FAQ

Everything else about Slite

Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Lyro can do inside Slite.

  • Ask Question puts a natural language question to your notes and can be narrowed to a parent note or a specific assistant. Search Notes matches a search term with filters for parent, review state, and archived notes. Lyro asks when the user wants an answer and searches when they want the document.

  • Yes. Verify Note sets a note's verification status with an optional expiration date and Flag Note as Outdated marks one as stale with a reason attached. Review state travels with the note and Search Notes can filter on it, so a flagged note is not quoted as though it were current.

  • No. Delete Note By ID permanently removes the note and every child note beneath it, and the operation cannot be undone. Update Note Archived State is the reversible alternative, which is what Lyro uses when a note should stop surfacing but might still be needed.

  • Get Note Children returns the notes beneath a given parent, using cursor-based pagination once a parent has more than 50 children. Get Note By ID then returns the full content of the one that matters, in Markdown or HTML depending on what the answer needs.
