The two are separate actions. Execute SQL Query runs read-only SELECT statements over a direct SSL connection, while INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and CREATE TABLE all go through Execute SQL Command. Enabling only the query action gives Lyro analysis access with no ability to modify anything.
