What can Lyro not do in Odoo through this integration?

There is no dedicated action for reading CRM leads, sales orders, or inventory levels. Writing is broad - Update Odoo Record writes field values to any Odoo model through the JSON-2 API - but reading arbitrary records depends on Odoo JSON-RPC Call, and the rest of the toolkit is the Extract document service.

Is the JSON-RPC action affected by Odoo's API deprecation?

Yes. Odoo JSON-RPC Call is deprecated in Odoo 19.0 and scheduled for removal in 20.0, so it should be treated as a fallback. Update Odoo Record already uses the replacement JSON-2 write endpoint, which is the path to prefer for anything Lyro changes.

Does document parsing consume anything on our Odoo account?

It does. Each successful parse through Parse Invoice Document, Parse Expense Document, Parse Bank Statement Document, or Parse Applicant Resume costs one Odoo IAP credit. Failed submissions are not charged, but a high-volume queue draws down the same credit balance your team uses.

Which Odoo database does Lyro write to on a multi-database server?

The database is chosen explicitly rather than assumed. List Databases returns every database available on the connected Odoo instance, so a create or update is targeted at the one you name instead of defaulting to whichever the server answers with first.
